We are looking for a Stock Integrity Manager to be based at our head office in Amersham. Reporting into the Head of Profit Protection you will manage the stock integrity practices of the company to ensure accuracy and alignment of stock files across both store and warehouse base. You will be used to working with people at all levels of the business and will possess high levels of enthusiasm. Flexible and proactive in your approach you will also need to be organised and accountable for key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

&amp;middot; Day to day management of the central integrity of store and warehouse stock files

&amp;middot; Ensuring accuracy of all store related stock transactions including stock transfers and stock adjustments

&amp;middot; Monitoring, investigation and correction of stock levels to align warehouse and store stock databases

&amp;middot; Managing, training and developing the Stock Integrity Co-ordinator

&amp;middot; Management of store to centre stock integrity queries

&amp;middot; Ensuring effective systems processes for stock takes

&amp;middot; Responsible for the production of business reporting relating to stock integrity activities

You will need to have solid Stock control experience ideally gained within a retail based company. The successful applicant will possess exceptional organisational skills, able to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Experience if having worked within a busy head office environment is desired as is strong experience in analysing and manipulating numerical data. You ill also need to demonstrate brand values in behaviour.

You will currently be a Stock Integrity Manager, Stock Control Manager, Stock Integrity Controller or Stock Asset Manager. An ability to assimilate data and explore options is essential, as is a key focus on implementation and the achievement of key business targets.

Reporting into the Head of IT you will provide timely and accurate data and analysis for the business, working independently and with third party suppliers to ensure all opportunities are maximised. You will understand and communicate process flows, support data and cover all systems and business functions. An outstanding senior European Sales Manager is required to join a company who have just recently launched a new product which has been an awarded a prestigious award for Engineering Excellence and for its Green credentials. 
 
This vacancy is open to Senior Sales Managers (European experience) who have sold some form of High Value, Large Scale Capital Equipment into the process sector throughout Europe. 
 
It is essential that you are based or willing to relocate to the South East of England as 50% of your week will be office based and 50% abroad in Europe, and the ideal candidate will posses some form of Engineering Qualification. 
 
My client employs 1500 employees with 6 manufacturing and production facilities throughout the world. This company boats a turnover in excess of &#163;200 million and is looking to increase revenues by launching a new and innovative product which will become the forefront of Process Engineering. 

&quot;Interview dates for this role will be Friday 10th February 10am 11am and 12pm&quot; 

THE ROLE 
 
You will be responsible for the following: 
1. Launching and driving this new product forward and growing the business to its &#163;50 million target turnover by 2015 
2. Presenting to all customers face to face throughout Europe 
3. Taking clients to test sites around the world to demonstrate the product and how it works and can benefit their business 
4. Selling large scale, high value capital equipment into the process sector 
5. Supporting and indirectly managing the ROW sales engineers 
6. Selling complete systems valued at &#163;750,000 and additional services, spares, MRO, installation and service contracts 
7. Working to specifications ensuring all the technical criteria and commercial criteria has been met 
8. Quotations and sales. 
9. You wile will also include, sales leadership, new business pipelining, market research and attending tradeshows and exhibitions. 
 
THE CANDIDATE 
 
1. You must have sold large scale, high value complex capital equipment into the Process Engineering sector for example Gas turbines, High Value Pumps, Pre Fabricated Acoustic Solutions and any other high value pieces of equipment) minimum &#163;250,00+ 
2. You have worked a European role 
3. Based 1 hours commute from Essex or willing to relocate to this area 
4. A second European language would be highly advantageous 
5. A very slick and polished sales professional is required to drive this new product forward 
6. Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills 
7. Able to lead a programme, product or division (senior individual)&amp;nbsp;
&amp;nbsp;
 
SALARY
