Global leaders in retail are recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to oversee the Global service desk & delivery. The ideal person will have a working background in IT technology and since moved into managing a Service desk.
In additional to day to day overseeing the team and assisting with the effective and efficient running of the service desk, there will be an element of being involved with telecommunications and server related projects with new and upcoming technologies.
Ideally you will have a technical background in IT with focus on Support & telecommunications. You will have a proactive and dynamic outlook to new ideas within the focus of IT to fit in with this fast moving organisation. We are looking for a good solid 3 years years experience of managing a service desk as well as a good IT knowledge.
